What this is
EveryWomanSkills is a checklist of life skills with short guides and quizzes. EveryWomanSkills is general information for learning, not medical, legal, financial or safety advice; in an emergency call your local emergency number, 911 in the US. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a dose, an investment or tax recommendation, a legal position or a substitute for training. Every guide with any risk says when to stop and call a professional; follow it.
First aid guides give the order of actions only. Take a certified class and practice on a manikin. Guidance changes; each guide shows the date it was last reviewed.
The content
The guides, quizzes, drawings and checklists are EveryWomanSkills's own words and work, written from public guidance named by type. EveryWomanSkills is not affiliated with, endorsed by or produced by any government agency, health or safety body, professional association, publisher or brand. If something here disagrees with your doctor, your lease, a lawyer, a trained advocate or current official guidance where you live, they are right, and we would like to hear about it.
Cost
Every feature is free to use, with no account. No paid plan is offered at present; if one is added, this page will describe it.
No account, and your progress
There is nothing to sign up for. Anything the site remembers is stored by your own browser on your own device, which means it can be cleared by you at any time, cannot be recovered by us, and does not follow you to another device.
Acceptable use
Use the site for learning, and print it for yourself, a class or a group. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, and do not present its guides as your own work.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, EveryWomanSkills is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on anything on it. A quiz score or a learned mark is a self check, not a qualification.
