Clothes that fit and last
Tick each skill once you can do it without the guide.
- Sew a button back on with a doubled thread and a wrapped neck
- Hem pants by hand with a blind stitch
- Treat stains by type and keep them out of the dryer
- Hand wash delicates in cool water and dry them flat
- Read the five families of laundry symbols
- Measure my bra size and check the fit signs
- Tailor what fits at the shoulders or hips
- De-pill sweaters flat and wash them inside out
- Match iron or steamer heat to the fabric
- Roll soft clothes and file folded items upright
